I'VE BEEN THERE!

For realsies. For as long as I can remember, I've struggled with studying the Bible. I knew how important it is. I wanted to study the Bible. This is where it gets real. I'll be showing you step-by-step how to figure out exactly what the Bible says and how to dig deep into the Word like a detective. (So don your Sherlock Holmes hat and grab your magnifying glass!)

  • + super important words and phrases to pay attention to as you study
  • + how to take notes, highlight, and ask questions in a way that works for you

Module 3

Now we'll be putting all of the information we've gathered together, tying it into a pretty package, and making sure that what we think the Bible meant is actually what the Bible meant (because misinterpretations are no bueno, amigo).

We'll be talking about:
  • how to allow God to guide your interpretations of His Word so that you don't misinterpret it
  • checking your interpretation with scripture, logic, and experience
  • looking at every Bible passage to see Jesus
  • a guide to using commentaries the right way
  • what to do if you accidentally misinterpret scripture
 

Module 4

By this point, we have successfully studied a passage inside and out (WHOOP WHOOP!), which means it's time to start making it a reality. We're going to start living out what we learn and allowing the Word to transform our hearts, minds, and lives.

We'll be talking about:

  • + questions to ask yourself when your Holy Spirit radio is fuzzy
  • + PRACTICAL ways to make what you want to happen actually happen
  • + one of my favorite tools for remembering what you have learned
  • + how to really make the Word come alive in your life
 

Module 5

In this one, I show you how to use free online resources to make the most of your study and different techniques for getting in the Word.

We'll be talking about:

  • what to do when you don't want to study the Bible (because we've all been there!)
  • simple ways to connect with the Word when you hit snooze too many times and don't have too much time to study
  • what other resources are (like concordances, handbooks, etc.), how to use them, and what kind of information you can find in them
  • a step-by-step guide to studying the Bible digitally (because it's the 21st century, obviously)
 

Module 6

Well, we now know how to study the Bible. In this module, we're talking all about how to actually make the time to study the Bible.

We'll be talking about:

  • + specific and practical ways to make studying the Bible a priority...customized to you!
  • + how to make time to spend with God, even when you're super busy and life throws 934024 curveballs at you
  • + what to do when your quiet time becomes bland and you need to spice things up a bit

Hey, there. I'm Keela.

I'm first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ...and also a crazy cat lady, bookworm, and a dreamer at heart. You see, I have this crazy passion to glorify my King, reach the unreached, and see women all over the world stepping into their unique callings and chasing after God with reckless abandon. Both a missionary online and studying to be a missionary all over the world, I believe in the power of my God's love and the power of the Bible.

When does the course start and finish?


The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.

But here's the thing. We all know that sometimes we buy stuff, completely forget about it, and end up never using it. I don't want that to happen for you -- I want you to finish this course and learn how to study the Bible and do all of the amazing things God has planned for you! SO, I will shoot you an email when I'm going live in the Facebook group...just as a friendly reminder that, oh hey, you've got a course to finish. I got you. ;)

How long do I have access to the course?

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course -- across any and all devices you own.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

Friend, I would never want you to pay for something that didn't help you at all. I want this to help you and equip you to study the Bible better! So if it doesn't work, I will definitely give you your money back.

But I do have three things I’ll ask you to do before I give you a refund:

1.) I ask that you complete the course first and email all of your completed worksheets to me. I want you to really put your heart into the course, really give it a solid chance before you decide it didn’t work.

What is an online course? How does this work?

Great question!

When you sign up for the course, you’ll make a username and password for Teachable, the software that hosts the course. That username and password allows you to access the course and come back to it at anytime in the future (so make sure that you remember it!).

The course has written, audio, and video lessons that you do at your own pace. Don't worry, the videos are pre-recorded, so you don’t need to be at a certain place at a certain time. You can watch them on your own time.

There will also be a workbook and worksheets that you go through as you watch the videos and go through the lessons. That way you’re not just learning, you’re putting it into practice in your life!

And that's pretty much it. Easy-peasy!

How long will it take to do this course?

That will depend on you. The course is entirely self-paced, so you can do it whenever you want. The entire course takes around 6 hours from start to finish, so if you're dedicated, you can complete it in no time!

Is there a certain age group that this is for?

Nope! All women are welcome! Teens, tweens, 20-somethings, business women, moms, aunts, grandmas, blue people, red people, orange people, green people, etc. We all have more to learn when it comes to studying the Bible!


Can men take this course?

The course is geared toward women, but the content is still the same...So you're welcome to!

What makes you qualified to teach this stuff?

I'm not qualified, but the Holy Spirit within me is. (And I cannot tell you how many times I saw Him move throughout the entire journey of creating this course!!!)
I am, however, about to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies, where I have had four years of formal Biblical training.

Plus, I had 2 pastors, 3 people in ministry, and a few other people who are way smarter than me and who have studied the Bible way longer than me check everything. Twice over.

Because I want to make sure that you are well equipped for studying the Bible, just as God has equipped me.

Can't I just find all of this stuff online?

Sure, you can. In fact, that's exactly what I did. But it took me YEARS, and it was not an easy road. I didn't have someone walking with me through everything step-by-step, and I WISH I had. Actually, that's the whole reason why I created this course: It's what I needed a couple years ago.

Plus, you can have access to all of the information RIGHT NOW without the time-consuming researching and sifting through vague articles that really don't teach you much.

So, yes, you can find all of it online and waste your valuable time trying to find something that works for you...or you can learn how to study the Bible TODAY, start doing it TODAY, and start living out your calling TODAY.

I think it's a no-brainer, but that's just me.

Can I share this with my small group or a friend?

Friend, I know that you just want to share what you've learned and get others in the Word, too. Believe me, it's what I want!

But real talk? I poured my heart into this course -- my time, my money, my energy, my prayers, and my tears -- and sharing it with others for free would lessen this ecourse's impact, take advantage of me, and...let's be honest, it would be stealing.

However, if you are some sort of ministry leader (youth pastor, small group leader, etc.), you may share it with those under your care. I understand that it would be quite difficult paying for a bunch of people, and my heart is for everyone to get in the Word. I do ask, though, that you give what you can.
